The new Pack 649 Tigers den took a short hike in a state park just south of Parker. We all had a great time. Olivia took the opportunity to get everyone that would carry her, to help . The only problem that happend was Olivia took a spill and bit the dust pretty hard. I was glad I brought my first aid kit on a short hike as well. Always be prepared I guess.

One of the cool things about being involved in scouting is access to some neat things. The boys were lucky enough to be allowed to help present the Colors at a Colorado Rockies game. We all assembled early and a few practice times later the boys were all taken in the stadium to get some drinks and wait. The rest of the families got seated and spent a while waiting. I took a break while waiting to get some food for everyone, unfortunately they got out on the field at this time so I had to rush over and grab my gear to take some photos at a moments notice. They boys did a great job and one of the ushers allowed me to do down behind visitors dugout to take some photos more head on. Unfortunately the Rockies lost the game, but everyone had a great time.

Stryder had his first den meeting tonight with Steph as his leader. I took a quick portrait snapshot of him all dressed up.
